怎樣處理ABS翹邊問題?

之前講過現時用FDM 3D打印機打印時,最普遍的打印材料是PLA或ABS耗材。雖然用ABS打印很普遍,但打印ABS時很多時候都會遇到問題。其中一個最主要的問題是打印途中,模型底部出現翹邊的情況。那麼怎樣解決翹邊問題?以下方法可以減少或解決這個情況:
​
1. 增加加熱床(printing platform)的溫度,一般要增加到110度最為理想。

​2. 在slicing 軟件中設定有raft, 這樣可以在模型
底層加一層raft底座,減少或防止受到翹邊影響。
​
3.在slicing 軟件中增加first layer height, 以加強first layer粘在加熱床的強度。first layer是首層打印在加熱床上的分層。一般first layer height 可設定為 0.25mm - 0.4mm.
