怎樣才可以打印非常薄的花瓶3D模型?

一般子網上找到的3D花瓶模型都很容易打印因為它們基本上是空心的,需要很少的材料來打印。另外花瓶狀每層連續擠出物料,這意味著很少需要回抽,相對容易打印。
 
但當你在3D打印軟件中打開模型時,你可能會看一個完全實心的模型,一點都不像花瓶。這時候應該怎樣可以把一個實心3D模型變成一個非常薄的花瓶3D模型呢?

這時候我們需要做一些3D打印切片設置。進行以下更改:
 
將模型壁厚(shell thickness))數量更改為一
確保底層(bottom layer)的數量有好幾層。三通常就足夠了
將填充(infill)百分比更改為零,那麼模型就會變成空心
由於花瓶沒有頂部的,所以頂部層的數量改為0,

如果下次見到花瓶模型是一個實心模型,不妨利用以上的切片設定來打印花瓶啦!
